No. Our frosting is a no-melt, no-sugar, low-fat yoghurt/carob recipe which is made in-house. It won’t melt in hot summer weather and is made to resist smudging or staining on Clothes, carpets and furniture. Unlike competitor frostings that smear or drip, ours stays neat — perfect for indoor gifting, celebrations, and fun photo sessions.

What are the Carob and Yoghurt Frosted Freckle Cookies?

Crunchy, round dog cookies coated with our signature no-melt frosting and topped with colourful, dog-safe sprinkles (freckles). What are they made from — and is carob safe for dogs?

Base: hard-baked biscuit formulated for dogs.
Frosting: low-fat yoghurt/carob coating with natural, dog-safe sprinkles.
Carob is safe for dogs. It looks like chocolate but isn’t. Chocolate is dangerous for dogs, which is why we never use it. Carob gives the festive, chocolate-style look safely.

Are the Freckle Cookies suitable for all dogs?

Yes. Their crunchy format means they can be snapped into smaller pieces for puppies, toy breeds, or seniors. Larger dogs can enjoy them whole. Always supervise treat time and provide fresh water. Treats are joyful extras — not meal replacements — so moderation matters.
