Shipping and Returns


Once you have placed your online order, you will receive an email confirming we have received your order. 

We then process your order for dispatch.  

Once dispatched, you will receive another email confirming your order has been dispatched, along with details of the transport carrier used and the associated tracking number for your records.

We use various couriers to ensure prompt and reliable delivery.  

Most orders will be dispatched within 2 business days, unless they are personalized orders which must allow for extra processing time.  Taking into account travel time, you should expect to receive your order within 5 working days, this of course may be effected by weather and road events beyond everyone's control.. 

If you live in Western Australia or Northern territory please allow up to 7-10 working days. 

Problems and Returns

The team at Huds and Toke want to ensure your online shopping experience with us is an enjoyable one.  

Remember, it's Pet Treats.  Not Brain Surgery!  Yes..... we take it very seriously however there is no problem we can't fix if you speak to us by either phone or email.  Our team are happy, and are willing and able, to help you.

Should you have a problem with your order please email us as soon as possible so that we can address whatever issue there may be.  

If your order arrives and is damaged, or is not what you expected, please email us immediately with a photo of the damaged or incorrect product.  

Provided we are notified of a problem within 1 day (24hours) of you receiving your order, we will accept the return, and replace the product where possible or refund your money if desired.  

We will also cover the cost of postage.  Please note, in the case of incorrectly ordering something, we are happy to accept the return, however, you will be required to cover the cost of return postage and then re-posting of another product.

It is important to us that we can address any issues in regards to our products, such as packing, delivery or manufacture, we will require photographs of the product/s in question prior to being able to process a return, as part of our commitment to continuous improvement and quality.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Shipping is a flat rate of $9.95 per order within AUSTRLIA ONLY. - 
**(treats and accessories only excludes heavy and bulk dog/cat food items)
