FAQs — CAROB BUTTONS — DOG TREATS

Do Carob Buttons melt or make a mess?
They can melt if left in the sun, a warm car, or held in warm hands for too long. Serve straight from the pack and avoid heat exposure. In hot weather, refrigeration is recommended. Because they’re real carob/milk-based buttons, they may leave marks on fabric or surfaces if they soften — handle with care.  They are a great little reward but be careful of the mess.
What are Carob Buttons?
Soft, bite-sized carob buttons made for quick rewards and training. Approx. 1–2 cm each, available in 200 g and 1 kg packs — great for pups who love a sweet carob nibble, party favours, and photo props.
What are they made from — and is carob safe for dogs?
Ingredients: Carob.
Carob is safe for dogs. It looks like chocolate but isn’t; chocolate is dangerous for dogs, which is why we never use it.
Are these suitable for puppies, small breeds, and seniors?
Yes. They have a soft, chewy texture that’s gentle on teeth and suitable for most dogs. Perfect for small breeds or training on the go and always supervise treat time with fresh water available. Treats are extras — not a replacement for balanced meals.
How should I store them and how long do they last?
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight; refrigerate in hot climates. After opening, keep in an airtight container to maintain quality.
Shelf life: please refer to the best-before date on the pack.
How big are they and how many are in a pack?
Each button is around 1–2 cm. The number of pieces varies with pack size and handmade variation, but both 200 g and 1 kg options provide plenty of quick training rewards.
When should I give Carob Buttons?
Perfect for training rewards, birthdays, gifting, and fun photo moments. A quick, tasty nibble for feel-good bonding and positive reinforcement.
Why should I use Dog Treats?
Treats are more than snacks — they help build connection through anticipation, reward, and affection. They turn everyday routines into joyful, shared experiences and make training more positive for both you and your dog.

These Dog Treats are a real delicacy and will get every tail wagging.  This is good for you.  Your feelings of relaxation and joy increase when you spend time with your pets and you see the effects on them that you have because of these wonderful products.

Dog treats are an important part of a modern dogs life and provide positive mental rewards for you as a pet parent.
