Do they make my horse calm?

CALM O’s are treats, not medications. However, they are specially formulated using natural ingredients which assist in calming a horses mood without pharmaceutical medication. They're intended to support training routines that reward calm focus (e.g., standing tied, loading, farrier work). Horses vary — for anxiety or health concerns, ask your veterinarian for advice tailored to your horse.

Are CALM O’s suitable for all horses and ponies?

Yes. They’re suitable for most horses and ponies. For small ponies or young horses, simply break into smaller pieces. Because they are made with natural ingredients, and not a pharmaceutical medication, your horse will not go to sleep. They are designed to calm using natural ingredients. NOT TO SEDATE. Always feed in moderation alongside a balanced diet and fresh water. If your horse has special dietary needs, consult your vet or nutritionist first.

How should I use them in training?

Give them before an activity such as before a ride, a farrier visit or floating. This IS NOT A SEDATION TOOL. This Horse Treat is designed to calm your horse. Give them at least 10 minutes before the activity. Go through your normal ground work routine prior to riding etc... Pair CALM O’s with short, clear exercises: reward soft eyes, lowered head, breathing, and standing quietly. .
