Why carob matters
Real chocolate contains theobromine, which is toxic to dogs. Carob is a naturally sweet legume that looks like chocolate but is completely safe, and dogs love the taste. Combined with our no-melt yoghurt frosting (which won't smudge or melt in summer), carob treats are the safest way to give dogs an indulgent-looking treat that's actually dog-formulated.

Carob dog treats give your dog the chocolate-shop experience without a gram of chocolate in the recipe. Carob melts, dips and sets the way chocolate does, and it is naturally caffeine free and theobromine free. Buttons, bonos, dipsticks and paws: the shapes in our range
Everything here is baked and hand-finished in our own kitchen, then dipped or drizzled in carob, yoghurt, or a swirl of both. Each shape does a slightly different job.

- Chewy Dipsticks. A soft chew stick dipped at one end, $9 for a two piece pack. The original Carob and Yoghurt Chewy Dipstick is joined by Christmas and Easter editions as the seasons roll around.
- Paws. The Carob and Yoghurt Paws at $3.20 are our little paw-shaped pocket-money treat, an easy add-on to any order.

Choosing by treat size and occasion
Match the treat to the dog and the moment. Buttons and Paws are the smallest of the range, made for little mouths, training pouches and quick thank-yous at the back door. Bonos are a proper sit-down biscuit for medium and large dogs, the kind of treat that gets carried off to a favourite spot before it is eaten. Chewy Dipsticks land in the middle, a softer texture for dogs that prefer a chew to a crunch, and long enough to feel like an occasion.
