What it actually is
No gym. No gear. Just your lead and your dog.
You are already out there most days. Dog Bod Squad adds a few minutes of real strength and balance work into the walk you were doing anyway. Squats at the park bench, lunges down the footpath, a bit of core work while your dog has a sniff around.

A session every day
Open the app and today is already decided. The move list, how long it takes, the effort level, and written coaching for every step. Tick it off and your streak carries forward.

Watch it, then do it
Every exercise has a short demo filmed outdoors on a real walk, with a real dog on the lead. No studio, no fitness models. Tap the move and watch it before you try it.

Your pace, your time
Pick Gentle, Steady or Strong, and change it whenever you like. Choose the time you usually walk and the app nudges you then. Same program either way.
See it in action
Real coaching, filmed on a real walk.
These are the actual demo clips inside the app. Filmed outdoors on the Sunshine Coast, with a real dog on the end of the lead. Pick a move and watch it.
The program
Six weeks that build on each other.
Week one works with the walk you already do. By week six you are doing pyramid squats and single leg work on the same footpath. Nothing gets carved out of your day. It all happens on the walk.
Let's begin the journey
Settling in. We are not changing your habits, just working with the walk you already do. Balance, posture, and getting the two of you moving together.
Building strength together
Strengthening exercises join the walk. Squats, split squats and lunge walks, with the focus on technique, positioning, and working alongside your dog.
Technique and intensity
Refining form and lifting the pace toward medium to high effort, with short bursts. Strong posture, smooth movements, and happy dogs.
Turning the corner
Intensity steps up again while form and teamwork get sharper. Reverse lunges, high knees and balance work with a bend. Expect sweat and big tail wags.
Layering the intensity
High effort week, with new moves: pyramid squats, side squats, single leg squats and double leg raises. Cues stay consistent, rhythm does the rest.
The final push
Everything comes together: stronger, faster, steadier. High effort all week. Finish it and you have six weeks of vouchers and a very well walked dog.
Inside the app
Take a look inside.
Here is the whole thing, before you download anything. No paid tier hiding behind a wall, and no account needed just to have a look.

You do the work. Your dog gets paid.
Complete all seven days of a week and the app hands you a $5 Huds & Toke voucher to spend on our treats. Six weeks, six vouchers. Your dog did the walking too, so it seems only fair.

Who is behind it
Made by a real Australian company.
Dog Bod Squad is built and published by Huds & Toke, the family owned pet treat manufacturer behind this website. We make our treats in our own purpose built facility at Coolum Beach on the Sunshine Coast, and we built this app for the same reason we make the treats: to get people and their pets doing more together. Questions
Questions we get asked.
Is Dog Bod Squad really free?
Yes. The whole six week program is free, with no in app purchases, no subscription, no credit card and no ads. It is made by Huds & Toke, an Australian pet treat company, and the vouchers you earn are for our own store. That is the whole business model.
Do I need any equipment?
No. You need your dog, a lead, and shoes you can walk in. A few exercises use whatever is already on your walk, a park bench for dips and step ups, a post or a solid tree for the pressing moves. Nothing to buy.
What if my dog is old, small, or not very fit?
The exercises are for you, not the dog. Your dog is walking, sniffing and waiting while you do a set, which is a normal walk from their point of view. Keep the walk to whatever length suits them, and pick the Gentle pace so the sets are shorter. If your dog has any health issue, or you are not sure, check with your Australian vet first.
Is it safe for me?
Dog Bod Squad is general fitness guidance, not medical advice. Every session shows an effort level and tells you to work at your own pace. If you are pregnant, recovering from an injury, or have a heart, joint or blood pressure condition, talk to your doctor before you start. Stop if anything hurts.
When will it be on Android?
The Android version has been submitted to Google Play and is waiting on their review. This page will link to it the moment it goes live. In the meantime the iPhone and iPad version is available now.
How do the $5 vouchers work?
Finish all seven days of a week inside the app and it issues you a $5 voucher code. You spend it at hudsandtoke.com.au on treats, chews or walking gear. Six completed weeks means six vouchers.
Do I have to make an account?
You can download it and look through the whole program without signing up. An account is only there so your streak, your finished days and your vouchers are saved to you rather than to the phone.
How much time does a session take?
Most days sit somewhere around 30 to 50 minutes, and that includes the walk you were already doing. The app shows the length and effort level for the day before you start, and recovery days are just a walk.
Ready when you are
