No. Our frosting is a no-melt, no-sugar, low-fat yoghurt/carob recipe made by us in-house. It won’t melt in Hot Australian Christmas weather and is made to resist smudging or staining on clothes, carpets or furniture. Because it stays intact, these cookies are perfect for indoor gifting, Christmas photos, or holiday displays without worry of messy frosting.

What are they made from — and is carob safe for dogs?

Base: hard-baked biscuit formulated for dogs.
Frosting: low-fat yoghurt/carob coating with festive colours and decorations.
Carob is safe for dogs. It looks like chocolate but isn’t. Chocolate is dangerous for dogs, which is why we never use it. Carob gives the same festive flair without any of the risks.

Yes. Though the cookies are generously sized, you can snap them into smaller pieces for puppies, small breeds, or senior dogs. Always supervise treat time and ensure fresh water is available.
