No. Our frosting is a no-melt, no-sugar, low-fat yoghurt/carob recipe which is made in-house. It won’t melt in summer heat and is designed to resist smudging or staining on carpets, furniture, and clothing. Competitor frostings often smear or drip, but ours stays neat — perfect for indoor gifting, Christmas parties, and festive photos.

What is it made from — and is carob safe for dogs?

Base: hard-baked biscuit formulated for dogs.
Frosting: low-fat yoghurt/carob coating with dog-safe sprinkles and natural colours.
Carob is safe for dogs. It looks like chocolate but isn’t. Chocolate is dangerous for dogs, which is why we never use it. Carob creates the festive chocolate-like look without the risks.

Is the Christmas Super Sparkle Bone suitable for all dogs?

Yes. Although it’s a larger cookie, it can be snapped into smaller bite-sized pieces for puppies, toy breeds, or seniors. Larger dogs can enjoy it whole. Always supervise treat time and provide fresh water. Treats are festive extras — not meal replacements — so moderation matters.
