Are bundle packs cheaper than buying individual treats?
Yes. Most of our bundle packs are priced 10 to 20% below the equivalent individual treats added together. The discount is built in as a thank-you for ordering a bundle. The exact saving is displayed on each bundle product page.
Can I customise a bundle for a specific dog?
Our bundles are pre-curated, but most owners find the standard bundles cover their dog's preferences well. For a fully custom selection, add individual products to your cart and use the bulk-buy discount that applies at order totals over $80. Email us for help building a custom multi-pack for events or breeders.
How long do treats in a bundle stay fresh?
Each treat in the bundle has its own best-before date, printed on the individual pack. Most dehydrated treats stay fresh for 6 to 12 months sealed. Bakery items are best within 12 weeks of bake. Once any pack is opened, transfer to an airtight container and use within the timeframe listed on each pack.
