What are Little Love Heart Cookie Horse Treats?
Cute, heart-shaped baked biscuits for horses and ponies. They’re crisp, tasty, and perfect for training rewards, bonding, and everyday good manners.
Are these suitable for all horses and ponies?
Suitable for most healthy horses when fed in moderation. No artificial preservatives or flavors added.  100% Australian Made so you can trust they are premium quality. Consult your vet before use if you are unsure.
What are they made from?
Formulated with wholesome cereal ingredients and real molasses.  Baked hard for an amazing crunch but small enough to eat quickly.  Always provide fresh drinking water.
How big are the hearts and how do I use them in training?
Each heart is a bite-size, hand-friendly biscuit that’s easy to feed from the palm or pocket. Offer single pieces for rapid reinforcement (ground work, trailer loading, stretching) or give a few at a time for frequent rewards without overfeeding. These are complementary treats—not a meal replacement.
How many treats should I give per session?
As a guide, 5–10 hearts spread through a short session suits most horses; reduce for small ponies and only increase for large, hard-working horses if appropriate. Always adjust bucket feed to maintain a healthy body condition score (BCS).
Do they crumble or melt, and how should I store them?
They’re crisp and low-crumb for pockets, grooming kits, or bum bags, and will not melt or go soft . Store in a cool, dry place out of sunlight and reseal after opening or transfer to an airtight container. Typical shelf life is 9–12 months unopened—check the best-before date.
