Are these suitable for all horses and ponies?

Suitable for most healthy horses when fed in moderation. If your horse is laminitis-prone, insulin resistant (EMS), has Cushing’s/PPID, or is on strict weight control, choose lower-sugar options or consult your vet before use.

How big are the treats and how should I feed them?

Each piece is a bite-sized, hand-friendly soft treat that’s easy to offer from the palm or pocket. Give one piece at a time for general horse training, liberty work, trailer loading, stretching, or as a polite-manners reward. These are complementary treats—not a meal replacement.

How many Pony Puddings can I feed per day?

As a guide, give one pudding at a time. You can give them a few puddings per day if your pony is on medication or supplements and this helps with them being fussy. Not a substitute for feed.

Do they crumble or make a mess in pockets?

They’re soft-baked for easy chewing and designed to be low-crumb for pockets, bum bags, or grooming kits. Being soft, they can be be pulled apart easily or have medications of supplements pushed into them with ease. The Molasses give a beautiful molasses aroma. Because they are soft, they can sometime get a bit sticky.... Just like a good pudding should!

How should I store them and what’s the shelf life?

Keep in a cool, dry place out of sunlight. Reseal firmly after opening or transfer to an airtight container to preserve freshness. No refrigeration necessary. Keep them out of direct Sun.
