Are they suitable for all horses and ponies?

Suitable for most healthy horses when fed in moderation. No Sugar, low fat and made with real ingredients. These are treats, not a therapeutic feed.

What are they made from?

Formulated with wholesome cereal ingredients and Real turmeric plus delicious coconut plus a dash of black pepper to unlock the goodness of the Turmeric. Remember to provide fresh drinking water.

How big are the biscuits and how do I use them in training?

Each Horse Bix is a bite-sized, hand-friendly Treat for quick rewards. Made in a tube shape for quick eating and maximum flavour and crunch. Offer single pieces for rapid reinforcement (ground work, trailer loading, stretching) or feed a few at a time for frequent rewards without overfeeding. Designed to be crisp and low-crumb for pockets and grooming kits. Note: turmeric may lightly stain fabrics; handle accordingly.

How many treats should I feed per session?

As a guide, 5–10 biscuits spaced through a short session suits most horses; reduce for small ponies and only increase for large, hard-working horses if appropriate. Always adjust bucket feed to maintain a healthy body condition score (BCS).
